By choosing to view this document, you agree to all provisions of the copyright laws protecting it. ABSTRACT Cascaded quadratic detectors are applied to manufacturing sensor signals. These detectors provide a technique which allows excellent frequency selectivity and noise suppression, without sacrificing temporal resolution. We demonstrate the applicability for these detectors to an example of manufacturing sensor data and show advantages over conventional linear techniques.
